Operating system (e.g., iOS 11.3.1-10,000,000; this information is collected whenever a user opens Quit Tracker app.) App version (e.g., Version 6.1_132_432908b; this information is collected whenever a user open Quit Tracker app.) Daily active user (e.g., 2018/09/01-19,000,000; this information is collected whenever a user open Quit Tracker app.) User geodemographics (e.g., US-100,000,000; this information is provided by the App store & the Google Play store.)

Using this information, we can gain a deeper understanding of our users' needs, enhance our product planning, and increase our users' enjoyment and satisfaction.

CONNECTION DATA

Server location (e.g., US-California server 1) is automatically collected upon connection. Connection time stamp (e.g., Connected@15:30 2018/05/15) is automatically collected upon connection. Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration) is automatically collected when connection failed due to error. Network type (e.g., 4G) is collected by analytic service provider.

This information is gathered solely for troubleshooting and app service improvement. It is crucial to note, however, that after 96 hours, this data is automatically and permanently deleted from our system.

OTHER INFORMATION

We collect analytics data, including crash reports and in-app page engagement, to monitor the performance of Quit Tracker. We also collect advertising data, such as your iOS ad identifier or Android ad master identifier, to support our free services, but we do not share this information with marketers. Our analytic service suppliers, AppMetrica, Facebook, and Appsflyer, have their privacy policies listed on their respective websites.
